→ applicant has been given an opportunity of
appearing before them in support of his case as provided for in Clause (d).
14.—Interpretation.
Any question of interpretation of this Agreement
shall be referred for decision to the Committee who negotiated this
Agreement, namely, the Committee of General Managers, acting on behalf
of the Ministry of Transport, the Committee of the Railway Clerks’
Association and the Committee of the National Union of Railwaymen.

Supervisory Grades.
It is proposed to adopt Standard Grades for the
Supervisory Staff of the different Departments (other than men in
the Conciliation Board Scheme or Locomotive and Engineering Shops),
into which all odd grades at present existing will be absorbed
as set out below:—
