MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

IN REGARD TO RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS
OF SERVICE OF RAILWAY MALE SUPERVISORY
STAFF.

It is agreed, that, with certain exceptions, mentioned hereafter, each member of the Male Supervisory Staff employed in the grades enumerated in Appendix “A” by all Controlled Railways of England, Scotland and Wales, shall, for the purpose of fixing the new salary or salary equivalent in weekly rates, be allocated by the employing Company to one or other of the undermentioned classes, and be paid on the scale of salary or equivalent rate applicable to the class in which he is placed.

NOTE.—This Agreement does not apply to any Inspectors or Foremen working in charge of Shopmen, &c., who are receiving the 12½ per cent., and who are themselves receiving the 12½ per cent. bonus.
