NOTICE
Extract from 8 Vic, Cap 20, Sec.75. “If any person omit to shut and fasten any gate set up at either side of the Railway, for the Accommodation of the owners or occupiers of the adjoining lands, as soon as he and the carriage, cattle, or other animals, under his care, have passed through the same, he shall forfeit for every such offence any sum not exceeding forty shillings”; The London and North Western Railway Company hereby offers a reward of two pounds to any person who will give such information as may lead to the conviction of any person or persons guilty of the offence named in the foregoing extract from the act of parliament. by order

CAUTION
persons trespassing upon the railways belonging to, or leased or worked by, the london and north western railway company, or by that company and any other company, and any persons trespassing upon the stations connected with such railways, are liable to a penalty for FORTY SHILLINGS, under the london and north western railway additional powers act 1883, and, in accordance with the provisions of the said act, public warning is hereby given to all persons, not to trespass upon the said railway or stations.

TIP CLOSETS
Should this tip closet be stopped through carelessness or by improper articles being thrown down it the cost of unstopping same must be borne by the tenant of the house. Where two closets work together and it cannot be ascertained which of the tenants has caused the stoppage the cost of unstopping will be divided and an equal proportion charged to each tenant.
