seem to have been kept
in spotless condition. No.143 is seen here at Birmingham

shed in 1921 when he was the shed master there. Apart from the long
‘Cooke’ type buffers the engine is substantially as built.

working out their last days on the Cockermouth, Keswich & Penrith Railway.
