Clerestory roof composite WCJS Dining Saloon No. 566. photographed at Annan, Dumfries. Diners to diagram W10 had narrow entrance vestibules (and so the doors were deeply recessed in the sides of the carriage); first class dining was at one end of the carriage, with second and third class (third class after 1910) at the other.
