Wednesday May 16th 2012 - President's Super-D Trip
An Officer's Saloon has been organised for the above date on the East Lancashire Railway for the sole use of 25 members and friends of the Society. Departures from Bury Bolton Street will be 10.00, 11.45, 14.10 and 15.30. Participants can travel on all departures, or fewer if convenient. Morning coffee, a buffet lunch, and a light tea will be provided. A cash bar will be available. The cost for the day will be £55.00.

Saturday May 26th 2012 - Society AGM
The A.G.M. will be held at The Pirate Castle, Oval Road. London. NW1 7EA on, commencing at 11 am. This is situated alongside the Regents Canal.

Following lunch (there are several local places to eat), there will be a guided tour of the Camden Railway Heritage Trail. This will include the Roundhouse (limited internal access), the sites of Camden shed, the stationary winding engine vaults and the Goods Yard, also Camden Lock and the Stables Yard & Horse Hospital.

Saturday September 29th 2012 — Annual Society Steam Up
This event is being hosted by the South Chesire Model Engineering Society at their headquarters, The Peacock, Crewe Road, Nantwich. From 9.00am onwards. All are welcome to attend. A variety of refreshments will be available with more substantial meals available next door at The Peacock.

The Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate. A full team will be in attendance for the three days of the event.

September 8th and 9th 2012 - Guildex - Gauge '0' Guild
International Centre, St. Quentin Gate, Telford, Shropshire, TF3 4JH.

October 17th to 21st 2012 - Midlands Model Engineering Exhibition
The Warwickshire Exhibition Centre, The Fosse, near Leamington Spa
A full team will be in attendance for the duration of the event.
